- Support partners in transitioning toward more proactive, services-led, and solution-oriented selling models.
- Engage in thought leadership discussions with partners to influence technology adoption and investment decisions.
- Build strong relationships with reseller and vendor stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in solution planning.
What you bring to the role
- A four-year college degree (or equivalent experience in a related field) and 3 years of functional experience including a minimum of 1 year in a technical enablement, pre-sales, or solution engineering role.
- Strong technical understanding of IT solutions, vendor technologies, and enterprise or channel ecosystems.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and sales value for partner audiences.
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to influence and guide partner technical and sales teams through advisory engagement.
- Experience working in a channel, distributor, or vendor-driven environment preferred.
- Proficiency with standard business tools and platforms including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability to work independently with general supervision while consulting senior or specialist resources when needed.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with attention to clarity and accuracy.
- Recognized as a developing specialist with growing expertise in technical solutions and partner enablement.
