Depuis 6 ans, l’entreprise m’a offert à plusieurs reprises l’opportunité d’évoluer. D’abord stagiaire, j’ai poursuivi l’aventure en tant qu’alternant pour décrocher un cdi Acheteur, puis un poste de Business Manager. Merci à Ingram Micro pour sa confiance.

Durant les 7 années passées en France sur le poste de Business Manager PC Systems, j'ai eu l'opportunité de développer de nombreuses compétences avec le soutien de ma hiérarchie. J’ai ensuite postulé à l'international et j’occupe désormais la fonction de Sr Vendor Manager EMEA à Barcelone.

Ma mission est d'accompagner les partenaires sur le fonctionnement des produits IT. Mon défi est de les rendre autonomes sur les innovations technologiques. Ma récompense est d’être le témoin de leurs succès. Telle est ma motivation au quotidien ! 

Ingram Micro m’a permis de connaitre le monde de l’IT et de monter en compétences. Aujourd’hui, je suis passionné par les projets à valeur ajoutée que je mène autour de la marque Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Les challenges sont de taille, mes clients B to B me font confiance, et j’aime ça !

Je suis KAM, basée à Bordeaux. Je communique quotidiennement avec les équipes du siège à Lesquin ainsi qu’avec les équipes internationales, car je travaille sur des comptes globaux. Je peux dire que la qualité des échanges est remarquable malgré la distance, parce que nous nous faisons confiance.

J’ai pu bénéficier en 2022 d’une formation groupe sur la Diversité et Inclusion, et depuis je collabore sur cette thématique avec mes collègues France : conférences et initiatives diverses. Nous avons ainsi appris à reconnaitre et questionner nos biais, un vrai travail d’introspection !

Je suis devenue Responsable crédit après une belle expérience en tant qu’analyste crédit. Ce qui m’anime, c’est de travailler avec une équipe engagée, experte en gestion du risque, au service des clients internes et externes. C’est une grande force pour accompagner le business et relever les défis.

Je m'engage à guider notre entreprise vers des pratiques durables et responsables. Notre cap vers un avenir durable se concrétise par l'adoption de pratiques éthiques, la réduction de notre empreinte carbone, et le renforcement de notre responsabilité sociale.

Engagé chez Ingram Micro pour ma formation en ingénierie robotique, j'ai été séduit par les projets innovants et l'ampleur mondiale de l'entreprise. Après l'apprentissage, attiré par la liberté décisionnelle, je m'épanouis dans un environnement stimulant, et contribue ainsi à des projets novateurs.

Grazie ad Ingram Micro ho avuto modo di acquisire nuove competenze e di crescere professionalmente in poco tempo, ricoprendo un ruolo strategico a livello globale, ogni giorno contribuisco all'innovazione tecnologia della mia azienda e di tutto l'ecosistema. La mia esperienza in Ingram Micro va avanti da tanti anni ed ancora sono fiera di fare parte di questa squadra dove le persone sono animate da un grande spirito di collaborazione! Nel mio ruolo ho la possibilità di confrontarmi con tutti gli stakeholders dell'ecosistema ICT per promuovere l'innovazione tecnologica. Zawsze marzyłem, żeby pracować w tej firmie i 5 lat temu to marzenie się zmaterializowało. Cenię sobie bardzo przyjaźnie tutaj zawarte i bardzo dobre relacje. Co najważniejsze to to, że w Ingramie nie muszę nikogo udawać i zawsze mogę być sobą.

Lubię pracować w Ingram z uwagi na ludzi, którzy tworzą naszą organizację. Nie ma pytania pozostawionego bez odpowiedzi, jak i również nigdy nikt nie zostaje bez wsparcia w potrzebie. Wszyscy są życzliwi dla siebie, atmosfera jest uprzejma i rodzinna a jednocześnie „na luzie”.”

Praca w Ingram Micro to wyzwanie dla ambitnych ludzi, z pasją do uczenia się i podejmowania nowych wyzwań.

W pracy w Ingram Micro cenię nastawienie na człowieka, równości praw i tolerancji, etykę pracy i egzystencji firmy na rynku, która we właściwy sposób reaguje na sytuacje rynkowe by zapewnić jak najbardziej stabilne warunki zatrudnienia i z roku na rok osiągnąć wymierne efekty na rynku.

W Ingram Micro doceniam wzajemne zrozumienie, wsparcie, poczucie stabilizacji, które daje praca w IM. Kompetentni przełożeni, którzy mobilizują zespół do działania i dają nową energię.

Cenię sobie zgranie zespołu. Robimy taką pracę gdzie konkurencja i producent „drapią się po głowie - jak oni dają radę?” Inne zespoły po 20 osób a w Ingramie 8….

Firmę tworzą ludzie w niej pracujący. Zespół IM łączy w sobie różne typy osobowościowe oraz jest zróżnicowany wiekowo, co składa się na dobrą synergię łączącą doświadczenie z młodością, a to z kolei sprawia, ze praca w firmie daje mi dużo satysfakcji i codziennego zadowolenia
