Join Our Team as a Platform Specialist
Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional operational support? We are seeking a Platform Specialist to play a critical role in supporting platform transactions, order management, and customer inquiries while helping drive adoption of innovative digital solutions.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of support for platform-related transactions and requests, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely resolution. You will collaborate across teams, analyze data, maintain system integrity, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer and partner experience.

What You'll Do
- Process and manage customer transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Support pre-sales, post-sales, and order management activities.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-related inquiries while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Review, verify, and complete transactional requests in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain data integrity across systems and platforms.
- Generate data quality reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and optimize business processes.
- Support vendor operations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Stay current on platform enhancements, business processes, and internal/external tools.
- Consistently achieve individual and team performance metrics.
- Promote and support adoption of the Xvantage platform and digital solutions.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
- Experience managing high-volume transactions with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and work with urgency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to identify trends and analyze data to provide meaningful recommendations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities, processes, and technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in customer service, operations, order management, platform support, data management, or business operations.
- Knowledge of technology distribution, vendor operations, or digital commerce platforms.
- Experience working within service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance-driven environments.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $43,800.00 - $70,100.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
