Position Summary
This position serves as the primary point of coordination for onboarding processes, enabling new and existing resellers to become operational.
What You'll Do
Execute on E2E On boarding opening account process.
Coordinate cross-functional onboarding processes involving Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Take initial customer emails and calls, answering general questions regarding company products and services.
Support customers throughout the onboarding process, from initial request through account setup.
Utilize internal systems and databases to research customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and support the creation and maintenance of internal and external non-technical documentation.
Collaborate with internal departments in the screening and approval of potential customers.
Refer customers to appropriate resources, including sales, billing, technical support, and other internal teams, as needed.
Document customer concerns and communicate complaint trends to appropriate departments.
Determine customer eligibility for technical support and facilitate appropriate escalations.
Recommend process improvements and enhancements to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
What You Bring to the Role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish Speaking required (Includes reading and writing)
Minimum of one year of previous customer service or administrative support experience.
Familiarity with MS Office tools required- Word, Excel and Outlook email
Experience working across multiple business functions including Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
