Today, as a Senior Purchasing Associate based in Manila, Donalyn plays an important role in ensuring products move efficiently through the supply chain while supporting vendors, customers, and internal teams. 

Keeping Operations Moving 

As an AU Buyer, Donalyn is responsible for managing purchase orders, monitoring vendor delivery timelines, and helping resolve order-related issues. 

Her role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly. 

"I am responsible for submitting purchase orders to vendors and managing their ETAs. I also handle order follow-ups, resolve order-related issues, and perform other tasks related to the submitted orders." 

While much of her work happens behind the scenes, it plays a critical part in delivering a positive experience for customers and partners. 

Recognition Through Dedication 

Over the years, Donalyn has built a reputation for consistency, quality, and commitment. 

One milestone that stands out in her career is being recognized as one of the 2025 Star Awardees. 

"Receiving this recognition reflected the quality of my work, dedication, and performance throughout the year."
