From Graduation to Growth — Brooke’s Journey at Ingram Micro

When Brooke Beetow graduated with a degree in Mathematics, she was eager to find a role where she could apply her analytical skills in a meaningful way. A chance encounter with a Credit Specialist job posting on LinkedIn led her to Ingram Micro, a company she hadn’t heard of before, but quickly came to admire. 

During her initial conversation with HR, Brooke’s math background stood out, and she was encouraged to apply for a Credit Analyst position. “I’ve been here ever since,” she says with a smile. 

In just 15 months, Brooke has grown from a recent graduate into a confident professional, thanks to the support of her experienced and collaborative team. “Coming directly from college, I had limited experience in this type of role. My team has been instrumental in helping me navigate new challenges,” she shares. 

Her journey has been marked by continuous learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience. “Ingram Micro has given me the tools, structure, and guidance to build a strong foundation and prepare for future opportunities.”
