As we enter the final quarter of 2025, we hope everyone has achieved the goals they set for the year.
In this final edition of the column for the year, we are excited to introduce the Thailand DEI–ESG team and highlight the people driving our inclusion and sustainability efforts forward.

Nichapa Surasithi (Jan), Snr HR Manager leads HR in Thailand, providing strategic guidance to enhance employee engagement and development. She also heads our DEI & ESG initiatives, championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability. Through her leadership, Jan fosters a culture of belonging and purpose, ensuring people practices support responsible and inclusive growth.

Jutarat Rachaakkee (Bee), Senior HR Business Partner drives HR strategies that strengthen employee growth, engagement, and inclusion. She actively supports our DEI & ESG initiatives, promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and belonging while ensuring people practices contribute to sustainable and inclusive organizational outcomes.

Thanyanij Lalitkul (Pom), Senior Talent Acquisition Partner drives talent acquisition strategies helping attract and retain top talent while fostering an inclusive candidate experience. She actively supports DEI & ESG initiatives, ensuring hiring practices reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, and belonging. Through his work, Pom contributes to building a sustainable, inclusive, and high-performing workforce.

Maneechothiros Ruksa (Kaew) – Senior Compliance Manager leads compliance initiatives in Thailand, ensuring that organizational policies and practices meet regulatory standards while promoting ethical business conduct. She actively supports DEI & ESG efforts, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and inclusion. Through her work, Kaew helps ensure that compliance practices align with sustainable, responsible, and inclusive organizational growth.

Patcharaporn Chanawongwisut (Big) – Marketing Manager leads marketing initiatives in Thailand, driving strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement. She actively supports DEI & ESG efforts, ensuring communications and campaigns reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability. Through her work, Big helps foster a culture of connection, awareness, and responsible growth across the organization.

Yuwadee Jirathalhakant (Wha) – General Manager, Product Management leads product management in Thailand, driving GTM strategy and plans. She actively supports DEI & ESG initiatives, ensuring that products and processes reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability. Through her leadership, Wha fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and responsible growth across the organization.
