In this series of "Getting to know about ASEAN & HK DEI & ESG Team" better, we are featuring our teams from Indonesia and Singapore!

Meet our team in Indonesia: 

Maya leads the HR functions in Indonesia, providing strategic direction and support to enhance the employee experience. She also serves as the lead for our ESG & DEI initiatives, playing a key role in promoting environmental, social, and governance goals across the organization.

Tito is our HR Business Partner, working closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. He also acts as the Champion for External Strategy, helping shape our approach to building relationships and expanding our outreach. 

Pamela is our Project Management Officer, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and on track. In addition, she serves as the Champion for External Engagement, helping to strengthen our relationships and enhance our outreach efforts.

Up next – the Singapore team: 

Zhen Zhi oversees and leads the HR functions in Singapore, ensuring our people strategies align with the needs of the business. In addition to her HR role, she also leads our ESG & DEI initiatives, driving meaningful change to promote sustainability and inclusivity within the company.

Michael plays a pivotal role as the Senior Compliance Manager, ensuring we meet the highest standards in compliance. In addition, he serves as our Governance Champion, leading efforts to strengthen our governance framework and maintain accountability across the organization. 

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for ASEAN & Hong Kong, Priscilla brings her expertise to help us build strong teams through talents. She also champions our External Strategy initiatives, driving key efforts that shape our future.

Denise leads the Commercial Division as our Senior Division Manager, driving growth and strategy. In addition to her leadership role, she also takes the role as our Internal Strategy Champion. 

Creativity meets strategy with Joy, our Senior Digital Marketing Executive. Not only does she work magic in the digital world, but she’s also a driving force behind our External Engagement efforts, connecting us to the wider community and sharing our story.

Alex is a go-to expert as our Tax Specialist, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the financial front. When he’s not crunching numbers, he’s serving the role as our Internal Engagement Champion, strengthening team connections and fostering collaboration.
