Crystal manages the HR functions in Hong Kong, providing strategic guidance and support to strengthen employee engagement and development. She also serves as the lead for our DEI & ESG initiatives, driving diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability efforts across the organization. Through her leadership, Crystal champions a culture of belonging and purpose, ensuring our people practices align with our broader commitment to responsible and inclusive growth.

Sarah serves as HR Business Partner, providing strategic support to drive people initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness. She is also the internal engagement champion, fostering a connected and motivated workforce and promoting a culture where employees feel valued and empowered.

Pauline provides strategic direction to drive marketing initiatives and brand growth. She also leads external strategy and engagement, strengthening our presence, building strategic partnerships, and fostering meaningful connections with external stakeholders. Through her leadership, Pauline ensures our external engagement aligns with business objectives while enhancing brand reputation and impact.
