Carlos Garcia joined Ingram Micro in March 2023 as a Service Manager for Azure and IBM Cloud structures. By June 2024, he had taken on the leadership of the AWS services team, focusing on enhancing team dynamics and promoting the company’s core values. “Ingram Micro challenges me to always be more efficient, ambitious, and collaborative to increasingly achieve our goals,” Carlos reflects. 

Carlos’s daily routine involves overseeing project deadlines and costs, providing feedback to his team, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. He emphasizes the importance of teamwork, stating, “I participate in several meetings with the sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams to provide feedback from my delivery team.” 

One of Carlos’s proudest achievements is leading the Azure services team to quadruple its service revenue in less than a year. This success was achieved through innovative collaboration with delivery partners and extensive involvement from various departments within Ingram Micro.
