Supporting Partners in a Rapidly Evolving Industry 

Based in Espoo, Finland, Teemu leads cybersecurity initiatives that help partners navigate an increasingly complex technology landscape. 

Together with his team, he works closely with partners across the Nordic region to identify opportunities, develop expertise, and build profitable cybersecurity practices. 

"Me and my team help partners in the Nordic market to grow their business and profitability through leading cyber security products." 

His role combines business strategy, relationship building, and technical expertise, allowing him to help partners stay ahead of emerging challenges while unlocking new opportunities for growth. 

Proud of How Far the Team Has Come 

When asked about his proudest accomplishment, Teemu finds it difficult to choose just one. 

Instead, he points to the remarkable evolution of the cybersecurity business throughout his time at Ingram Micro. 

"I'm particularly proud of our tremendous growth from basically a not known value distributor to one of the most recognized value distributors in the Nordics." 

That transformation didn't happen overnight. It was the result of sustained effort, strong partnerships, and a shared commitment to delivering value to customers and partners. 

Seeing the team's impact grow year after year is something Teemu considers one of the most rewarding parts of his journey.
