“Since joining Ingram Micro in March 2022 as a Pre-Sales Senior Solutions Architect specializing in AWS, I have been at the forefront of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions for enterprise clients”. Ken shares his experience, shedding light on the diverse and challenging role within the Cloud Team at Ingram Micro.

He further elaborates, “A typical day for me at Ingram Micro involves a blend of strategic planning, technical design, client interactions, and team collaboration. Each day is diverse and challenging, focused on delivering exceptional cloud solutions and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement”.

Highlighting some of his proudest achievements, he shares “I led a comprehensive cloud migration project for a global retail client, transitioning their on-premises infrastructure to AWS. The successful completion of this project reinforced our client’s trust in Ingram Micro and demonstrated our expertise in handling complex cloud transitions.”

Ken takes pride in this role as a mentor and leader within the Cloud Team, providing training programs, guidance through one-on-one mentoring to junior architects and engineers, and innovative workshops to encourage team members to brainstorm and develop new solutions. “Mentoring and developing the next generation of cloud architects and engineers is incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. Seeing my mentees grow and succeed in their careers reinforces the importance of knowledge sharing and team development.”

I have leveraged these resources to stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technology and to enhance my technical skills.
