Meet Nicholas Jamsek: Leading Cloud Sales at Ingram Micro

At Ingram Micro, we believe in empowering our team members to drive success. Today, we’re introducing you to Nicholas Jamsek, our IaaS Sales Leader for AWS, who joined us a month ago. 

Nicholas leads the sales team across Cloud Business, which includes AWS. His role involves driving the team to acquire new partners and grow existing partners' revenue across the cloud business. “A typical day usually involves reviewing the sales pipeline, driving the BDM’s deals, working with Account Managers across the wider business to uncover new cloud opportunities within their respective partner base, working with Vendor Business Managers on strategy and GTM motions, meeting prospective new partners and existing partners with new opportunities, and liaising with the vendor on any escalations, help needs, and specific tasks to drive sales motions”, Nicholas shares.  

His role directly drives sales -revenue and margin and grows the Partner acquisition. One of the projects he’s most proud of is the GTM for AWS Services, where he built the strategy and team to drive their KPIs.
