We present to you Redouan El Abdelkhalki, a Business Development Professional at Ingram Micro, who has been an integral part of our team for the past 3 years. His journey exemplifies the professional growth, diverse opportunities, and supportive work environment that Ingram Micro is renowned for. 

Redouan El Abdelkhalki’s tenure at Ingram Micro is marked by continuous learning and professional progression. He started his journey as a Junior Inside Sales representative, with a keen interest in IT but no prior experience. Within 7 months, his dedication and effort were rewarded with a permanent contract. A year and a half later, he was promoted to a Business Development Professional, getting involved in large enterprise deals in collaboration with our colleagues and AWS partners. 

In his role as a Business Development Professional, Redouan is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AWS. He works on developing our AWS partners with our value-added services, such as support on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, working on deals together with our partners to secure them, and providing operational support in billing and technical aspects. 

Redouan’s words encapsulate his role perfectly, “I strive to develop our AWS business unit to grow our AWS partner channel, so cloud adoption becomes easier successfully and sustainably for customers which are struggling with the constant struggles of scaling, enablement and developing future-proof additions to their day-to-day work.”
