Meet Darshna Amit, a Sales Operation & Vendor reporting Manager based in Dubai. When asked about her experience in Sales, Dashna emphasized that “I started with one vendor as a coordinator and then I learned the whole portfolio of the business. I was promoted as a Leader, and after that, as a Structure Supervisor of Operation and now I am leading the Gulf as an Operation Manager. It’s been a long journey where I learned a lot. Since I joined Ingram Micro, I felt very supported by managers and all my colleagues. They motivated and encouraged me; they trusted me, and they invested in me. I got all the possible support.

As Dashna highlighted: “What truly sets Ingram apart, as I was recently discussing with a friend, is the people you meet and collaborate with. I interact daily with colleagues from various corners of the world—colleagues from the US, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and other countries. And we are in a sector that is moving fast and is changing a lot, especially when I think about the Cyber Security sector - a sector which is always moving. The IT sector is undeniably dynamic and stimulating. I like my job and I like what I'm doing every day because it's challenging. There is no routine.

Every day is different and brings new learnings from me, providing fresh opportunities for growth.”
