What you’ll do – Your role in making an impact
The Business Development Manager – Microsoft is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and scaling channel partners aligned to Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security priorities. This technical, customer‑ and partner‑facing role focused on driving Microsoft products.
Act as the subject‑matter owner for Microsoft services within the department and take ownership of the service area.
Build and execute partner growth plans aligned with Microsoft FY26 motions and objectives
Drive partner‑led pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance
Accelerate Azure migration, modernization, and AI platform consumption
Deliver AI productivity outcomes, including Copilot adoption and business automation
Expand security outcomes across identity, endpoint, cloud, and SecOps portfolios
Increase cross‑sell, attach, and long‑tail consumption across the Microsoft ecosystem
Collaborate closely with Microsoft and internal teams on structured co‑sell execution

Experience selling Microsoft solutions to resellers or end customers
Around 3 -6 years of experience with partner/reseller sales, consulting, or subscription solutions - preferably in a B2B context.
Previous distributor experience would be an advantage.
Proven success driving partner‑led pipeline and indirect sales motions
Experience with Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Security solution areas
Familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center, CSP, Cloud marketplace, and Microsoft co‑sell engagement models
Strong financial and business understanding, including forecasting discipline and CRM best practices
Confidence engaging executive stakeholders, partners, and cross‑functional teams
A results‑driven mindset with resilience and adaptability across multiple solution portfolios
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
