Responsibilities
- Coordinates sales activities with channel sales / product team to identify and close new business
- Drives revenue and contributes to the continued growth within the territory through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
- Prepare quotation and handle sales enquiry to client
- Cover enterprise (B2B) sales account management and sales pursuit
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and other methods of communication (e.g. email) with new prospects and existing customers to educate, and inform customers about our products
- Manage and maintain current and new reseller account
- Ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered to customers on a timely basis.
- Advise on specific stock requests for customers’ requirements
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
- Business-to-business (B2B) inside sales experience of IT products/services is preferred
- 0-3 years of selling experience at end user account or partner level
- Ability to find approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and good writing skill. Additional fluency in other language would be an advantage.
- Strong team player and customer oriented
- Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel, including competitive positioning.
