What You'll Do
As Operations Manager - Warehouse, you will lead warehouse operations within a high-volume distribution center, ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and order fulfillment activities.
- Drive inventory accuracy and warehouse performance through effective stock management, cycle counting, KPI monitoring, and process compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize warehouse productivity through efficient labor planning, space utilization, workflow improvement, and Lean-based operational excellence initiatives.
- Leverage WMS, ERP systems, and operational reporting to improve visibility, support data-driven decisions, and ensure achievement of service and operational targets.
What You Bring to the Role
Your strengths, our vision. We're looking for an experienced operations leader who brings:
- Relevant industry experience: Approximately 8 years of experience leading warehouse and logistics operations, ideally in a multinational or regional distribution environment.
- Leadership experience: A proven track record of leading large, diverse operations teams—including supervisors and frontline staff—through periods of growth and change.
- Role-specific experience: Demonstrated success managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance, and compliance within a regulated, fast-paced environment.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and digital productivity tools; comfort working with data and reporting platforms to inform decisions.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. An MBA, CSCP, or equivalent professional certification is a strong advantage.
Expectations — How You'll Succeed
To thrive in this role and grow with us, you will demonstrate these key competencies:
- Relevant industry experience: Approximately 8 years of experience managing large-scale warehouse operations, distribution centers, or fulfillment environments, ideally within a multinational organization.
- Leadership experience: Proven experience leading warehouse teams, including supervisors, team leaders, and operational associates, while driving performance, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Role-specific experience: Demonstrated success in inventory management, warehouse optimization, stock control, cycle counting, workforce planning, and distribution center operations.
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, inventory control processes, and warehouse performance reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Professional certifications in warehouse operations, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement are advantageous.
