About the Role

As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, supporting both Account Managers and reseller partners. You’ll manage end-to-end order administration within SAP, ensuring all details meet vendor and company requirements while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, proactive issue resolution, and ownership of order timelines to meet customer SLAs. It’s an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and enjoys improving processes and customer outcomes.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in order management, administration, or a similar operational role

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and error prevention

  • Ability to manage high volumes of orders within tight timeframes

  • Solid understanding of vendor processes, licensing, and product requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build internal relationships

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment

Role Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness

  • Validate all order details, including pricing, licensing, and hardware requirements, in line with vendor and company guidelines

  • Ensure all orders are processed within agreed turnaround times (target: within two hours of receiving full information)

  • Monitor and manage ETA reports for project orders to meet customer SLA requirements

  • Develop and maintain strong product and vendor process knowledge through training and continuous learning

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Account Managers and resellers, to support order-related queries

  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies, minimising errors, delays, and sales write-offs

  • Support team collaboration by sharing knowledge, assisting colleagues, and providing backup when required

  • Participate in cross-training activities to strengthen team capability and coverage
