Shape the Future of Sales Productivity
Ingram Micro is building a new Sales Excellence organization focused on increasing seller productivity, improving accountability, and driving profitable growth. As a newly created Seller Productivity Lead, you'll help shape how sales performance is measured and improved across the organization. This is an opportunity to build processes from the ground up while partnering closely with sales leaders to influence business outcomes.
This role is not a traditional reporting position. While dedicated analysts support data collection and reporting, you'll focus on interpreting data, uncovering trends, developing recommendations, and helping leaders make better business decisions.
We're seeking a builder, self-starter, and strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating structure where none exists. The ideal candidate can connect data to business outcomes, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive meaningful improvements across a complex sales organization.
What You'll Do
Analyze seller productivity, gross profit per seller, quota attainment, ramp performance, and territory effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to improve seller output, efficiency, and accountability.
Evaluate sales activity metrics, including outbound activity, call effectiveness, and operational workload.
Translate data into actionable business insights and executive-level recommendations.
Partner with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Forecasting, Compensation, and Sales Leadership teams.
Support productivity reporting, scorecards, and performance frameworks across the organization.
Help establish consistent productivity metrics and governance practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Revenue Enablement, or a related field.
Experience analyzing sales performance, productivity metrics, KPIs, or operational effectiveness.
Strong understanding of business performance drivers, including revenue, profitability, and productivity.
Experience working with CRM platforms and sales data.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence leaders using data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technology, managed services, software, cloud, cybersecurity, or channel organizations.
Experience building new processes, programs, or operational functions.
Exposure to territory planning, forecasting, incentive compensation, or revenue operations.
Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
This is an opportunity to help build a foundational capability within a growing Sales Excellence organization while partnering directly with business leaders to influence performance on a broad scale.
Let's shape tomorrow.
