On 24 April, Ingram Micro Indonesia proudly hosted “Women Shaping the Future,” a special seminar dedicated to celebrating women's achievements, leadership, and contributions both in the workplace and beyond.
The event featured an inspiring lineup of all-female speakers and panelists who shared their experiences, perspectives, and insights on leadership, personal growth, and the evolving role of women in shaping the future. To further embrace Indonesia's rich cultural heritage, participants also took part in a traditional batik drawing activity, providing a unique opportunity to appreciate one of the nation's most treasured art forms while fostering creativity and connection among colleagues.
