International Women's Day & Employee Appreciation Day

Ingram Micro Malaysia came together for a meaningful dual celebration of International Women’s Day and Employee Appreciation Day, recognising both the invaluable contributions of our employees and the remarkable women who help shape our organisation every day.

The celebration brought a warm and cheerful atmosphere to the workplace. Flowers and cupcakes were shared as tokens of appreciation, symbolising gratitude, recognition, and togetherness. These small yet thoughtful gestures reflected our sincere thanks to everyone for their dedication, collaboration, and continued commitment.

A key highlight of the event was the Appreciation Wall, where employees shared heartfelt messages, words of encouragement, and messages of gratitude for colleagues who inspire them. The wall quickly filled with uplifting notes celebrating teamwork, mentorship, resilience, and everyday acts of support—capturing the true spirit of appreciation across the organisation.
