  • What is your role in Ingram Micro Bulgaria?

I started as a Payment Specialist in the Accounts Payable team for Spain, and for the past 1 year and 6 months, I have been an Accountant in a new team. My main responsibilities include reconciling invoices, identifying and investigating discrepancies, and preparing monthly financial reports. Additionally, I collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve variances and support processes. My job is dynamic, analytical, and requires strong attention to detail.

  • Which is the most challenging part of your job?

The most challenging part is the dynamic nature of the work – every day can bring a new issue that needs to be resolved. I like that it keeps me engaged and constantly learning. I appreciate the culture of teamwork and support. I can always rely on my colleagues, and the opportunities for learning and development make working here even more valuable. I have learned that success is not just a goal but a continuous process. Working in such a dynamic environment has taught me patience, adaptability, and the importance of continuous improvement.

  • How does it feel to get a message in your inbox saying that a colleague is giving you appreciation?

It feels amazing! It’s a moment when you realize that your efforts are noticed and appreciated. In our busy daily work, we sometimes forget how important it is to acknowledge each other, but these messages remind us that what we do matters.

  • How did you choose your learning & development opportunity for Business champion? – tell us more about it.

I strongly believe that continuous learning is the key to success. That’s why I decided to invest my reward in a language course in Business English – mastering another language opens new opportunities. Since I frequently communicate with international colleagues, this will be beneficial both professionally and personally.

  • How are you using IM Appreciation Hub in your day-to-day?

IM Appreciation Hub is a great way to show gratitude to my colleagues and recognize their efforts. I make it a habit to send appreciation regularly because I believe a kind word can make someone’s day better.

  • What do you find most valuable in the peer-to-peer recognition we do?

The sincerity – when you know that someone genuinely values your work and expresses it openly, it gives you extra motivation. Also, this culture of recognition strengthens the team and creates a more positive work environment.

  • What advice would you give to Ingram Micro colleagues about using IM Appreciation Hub and our rewards and recognition practices?

Never underestimate the power of recognition. Even a small gesture of appreciation can make someone’s day and boost motivation. Also, take full advantage of the rewards – they are a great opportunity for growth and development.

  • Outside working hours, who are you?

First and foremost, I am a mother – I have a 5-year-old daughter who makes every day special. I am also someone who loves movement and challenges.

  • What do you enjoy doing most?

I train CrossFit, and it is my passion, a way of life. I have been training for almost four years, and I love pushing my limits. Sports have always been part of my life, but CrossFit gives me a sense of strength, discipline, and perseverance.

I also enjoy spending time with my daughter – playing with her fills me with positive energy.

I don’t like routine and monotony. I thrive in dynamic environments and always look for ways to grow, both professionally and personally.
