Mauro’s journey with Ingram Micro has been nothing short of extraordinary. Starting as a client, he was drawn to our company’s culture and joined the Cloud Architects team at Ingram Micro Brazil in 2016. Since then, he has held various positions, worked in three different countries, and collaborated with teams across nearly all the countries where Ingram Micro operates.
As a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect, Mauro plays a pivotal role in facilitating the entry and growth of our clients in the cloud ecosystem. His typical day is a mix of strategic planning, hands-on problem-solving, and continuous learning. He takes pride in his contributions to projects like the EasyAzure Program and the Ingram Micro Growth Solutions Initiative.
He defines our culture as modern, solid, and inclusive. Mauro enjoys the freedom to question processes, contribute ideas, and communicate with any associate, regardless of their hierarchical level.
