Meet Jackie Connor, part of Global Brand and Content Marketing at Ingram Micro in the United States. Her journey started with a story. While working at a university, Jackie interviewed an entrepreneur who had previously worked at Ingram Micro and spoke highly of its culture and growth. That conversation led Jackie to look closer, and she found a place where support, learning, and teamwork are part of the day to day. As she puts it, Ingram Micro has “amazing culture and opportunities for growth,” along with “programs that support advancing education” that helped her complete her master’s degree.

Jackie joined Ingram Micro 3.5 years ago, inspired by real experiences that reflected a people first culture. She was drawn to the chance to keep learning, contribute to meaningful projects, and work with teams that care about shared success. Today, she helps elevate the stories of Ingram Micro and its customers around the world, bringing clarity and heart to complex topics.
“It’s exciting to help tell our story in a clear and creative way, especially when it may inspire customers to bring more innovative tech solutions to market. Taking complex messaging and turning it into content that really resonates with our audiences is what makes me feel like I’m genuinely contributing to moving our mission forward.”

“I’m genuinely motivated by the opportunity to connect and collaborate with my coworkers. I love being part of a team where ideas can be shared openly and where we can build on each other’s strengths. It’s especially energizing to see how projects and strategies evolve over time, being involved in that creative process keeps me engaged and inspired. Working across different teams to develop new and innovative messaging strategies and tactics is something I really enjoy. Every collaboration brings a fresh perspective, and I learn a lot from the people around me, including my coworkers, managers, and partners across the organization. That continuous learning and teamwork is what makes me excited to show up every day.”
