A Role Full of Variety 

In her role, Isabel works closely with sales teams as well as cloud and software vendors to plan and execute marketing activities throughout the year. 

Her responsibilities range from organizing events and coordinating marketing materials to managing partner communications, budgets, and marketing claims. The variety of projects and interactions is what keeps every day interesting. 

For Isabel, the diversity of her work is one of the most rewarding aspects of the job. 

Growing Through New Challenges 

Looking back on her journey, Isabel is most proud of how much she has grown professionally over the past three years. 

As someone entering the field from a different background, she knew there would be challenges to overcome. Rather than being discouraged by them, she embraced every opportunity to learn and develop. 

Some of her proudest achievements include independently organizing the Swiss IT Forum 2025 in Geneva with ten participating vendors, leading a successful Microsoft acquisition campaign for new partners, and coordinating a large networking event on Lake Zug. 

These experiences not only strengthened her event management and marketing skills but also demonstrated what can be achieved through planning, collaboration, and determination.

Professional growth, according to Isabel, starts with being honest with yourself and recognizing that learning is a process. 

She believes that mistakes are opportunities to improve and that even small steps forward are worth celebrating. This mindset has helped her build confidence, develop new capabilities, and continue progressing in her career.
