Driving Flow, Performance, and Progress: Udith’s Production Planning Journey

In Production Planning at our Hazleton warehouse, Udith focuses on optimizing workflow, meeting pull times and running systems that keep key KPIs on track. Every day brings a new opportunity to troubleshoot, finetune processes, and ensure that operations run smoothly across the warehouse.

He values a culture driven by success, innovation, accountability, and opportunity, one where every idea counts and recognition is shared. For Udith, turning bottlenecks into achievements isn’t just part of the work; it’s the challenge he enjoys most.

His advice to future talent?
“Be ready to learn, re-learn, and turn challenges into achievements, your ideas matter.”
