Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP & RPP)
Ingram Micro offers and encourages associates to participate in the Ingram Micro Retirement Savings Plan. The plan consists of a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (for contributions made by the associate) and a Registered Pension Plan (for company matching contributions) that can help associates save for retirement and a secure financial future.
Time Off
All full-time Ingram Micro associates receive Vacation, PTO (Paid time off days), and Volunteer Days. Tuition Reimbursement and Scholarships
Ingram Micro encourages professional development by providing financial assistance to associates pursuing approved continuing education, training and certifications. We also offer scholarships, including STEM scholarships for female applicants, to associate’s children who are entering their first year of an undergraduate degree.
