Inclusive Healthcare Benefits
Ingram Micro provides a variety of healthcare options, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, AD&D, and critical illness. Our inclusive benefits address the diverse needs of our associates, including comprehensive mental health support, fertility services, gender affirmation, adoption, and surrogacy assistance, prioritizing the well-being of associates and their families.
Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP & RPP)
Ingram Micro offers and encourages associates to participate in the Ingram Micro Retirement Savings Plan. The plan consists of a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (for contributions made by the associate) and a Registered Pension Plan (for company matching contributions) that can help associates save for retirement and a secure financial future.
Time Off
All full-time Ingram Micro associates receive Vacation, PTO, and Volunteer Days. Associates may purchase additional time off, in the form of Flex days. We value our employee's hard work and providing opportunities for vacations and paid time off is essential for nurturing their holistic well-being, fostering creativity, and enhancing job satisfaction.
Hybrid Work
Ingram Micro offers hybrid work arrangements for our associates. This framework provides flexibility to meet the needs of our diverse workforce, geared to maximize team productivity, innovation, collaboration, and relationship-building.
Virtual Health Care and EAP
Ingram Micro offers Virtual Healthcare which provides associates and their dependents with care for physical and mental health, on demand 24/7. Moreover, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) delivers timely aid, resources, assessments, videos, and toolkits, addressing the diverse life challenges we all may face.
Tuition Reimbursement and Scholarships
Ingram Micro encourages professional development by providing financial assistance to associates pursuing approved continuing education, training and certifications. We also offer scholarships, including STEM scholarships for female applicants, to associate’s children who are entering their first year of an undergraduate degree.
