Confidence Through Learning: How Carmen Dekoster Grew Into HR and Payroll Expertise

A new start filled with possibility 

Based in Belgium, Carmen Dekoster joined Ingram Micro looking for a place where she could grow in HR payroll. With just four and a half months behind her, she has already expanded her responsibilities and strengthened her confidence through hands-on learning and team support.
