A new start filled with possibility 

Based in Belgium, Carmen Dekoster joined Ingram Micro looking for a place where she could grow in HR payroll. With just four and a half months behind her, she has already expanded her responsibilities and strengthened her confidence through hands-on learning and team support.

“I’ve been able to grow thanks to the strong internal payroll training,” Carmen shares. This training gave her the structure she needed to understand processes deeply and work more independently. Carmen describes the support from her manager as both motivating and essential. “Since I started, my role has evolved significantly. I went from managing payroll for about 20 employees to taking responsibility for around 120 employees.” This jump reflects both her commitment and the trust her team places in her.
