For Stephanie Stockmar, belonging isn’t just a word, it’s something she lives every day as an Operations Supervisor in Chandler, Arizona. A proud military mom and outdoor enthusiast, Stephanie brings her passion for teamwork and growth into everything she does at Ingram Micro.

“Teamwork and helping others develop with new processes, not only in our depot but across other areas is what drives me,” she shares. For Stephanie, success means creating an environment where her team feels safe, supported, and excited to come to work.

Her approach to leadership is rooted in connection. “I have a good relationship with my peers and leadership, and I work hard to make sure my team feels valued,” she says. That sense of belonging comes from open communication and mutual support. “When others feel they can reach out for help, that’s when we’re at our strongest.”

Stephanie has learned that diversity of strengths is what makes a team thrive. “We all have different strengths and areas of growth, and it’s together that we are the strongest by helping one another, and it’s together that we are the strongest by helping one another.”

Her advice for anyone considering joining Ingram Micro?  “Don’t be afraid to reach out to your team, communication is always key!”
