The Associate Marketing Data Analyst independently delivers marketing reporting, analysis, and performance insights that support customer growth, campaign optimization, and business decision-making. This role partners with Enterprise Analytics, Marketing Growth Segment teams, Performance Marketing, Digital Experience, Product Marketing, and Strategic Operations to measure results, identify opportunities, and improve marketing effectiveness through data-driven recommendations.
Position Purpose
Deliver accurate, actionable reporting and analysis across acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, and digital experiences.
Translate marketing and customer data into insights that drive optimization and business decisions.
Support performance measurement, audience analysis, campaign effectiveness, and customer intelligence initiatives.
Maintain governed reporting, KPI definitions, and analytical best practices across the marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Own recurring dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting across marketing channels and customer lifecycle programs.
Analyze campaign, audience, segment, and customer performance to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and optimization recommendations.
Monitor and interpret key marketing KPIs, including engagement, conversion, attributed revenue, activation, retention, reactivation, and platform adoption metrics.
Conduct audience, cohort, and segment analyses to evaluate performance and guide targeting strategies.
Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define reporting requirements, success metrics, and measurement approaches.
Communicate findings and recommendations through clear dashboards, presentations, and executive-ready summaries.
Maintain documentation for metrics, reporting logic, and governance standards.
Support testing, experimentation, and ad hoc analysis initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to synthesize data into actionable business insights.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Preferred Qualifications
SQL proficiency.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, web analytics, CDP, or digital advertising platforms.
Understanding of customer lifecycle, funnel analysis, attribution, experimentation, and performance marketing measurement.
Experience supporting executive reporting and business reviews.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $54,500.00 - $87,200.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
