Hybrid Schedule
Hybrid work is an option. However, associates are welcome to come in 5 days per week! Associates work with their leader/manager on expected days in the office.
Spring Health
Ingram Micro offers an Employee Assistance Program through Spring Health at no cost to associates. Up to 6 free therapy sessions and 6 free coaching sessions are available every year to each member. Spring Health provides the following with no limit; Care Navigator appointments, Self-guided Moments exercises, 24/7 crisis support, and Work-life services.
Tuition Reimbursement
Both full- and part-time associates (working more than 20 hours per week) are eligible for the program beginning day 1 of employment. Get reimbursed for any program of your choice at an accredited institution, up to one degree per level (associate, bachelor’s, post-grad).
