Position Summary

At Ingram Micro, we are transforming how we serve our customers by leveraging automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled technologies to create a more efficient and seamless customer experience. We are seeking a Business Process Automation & Onboarding Specialist to drive process automation initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer onboarding journey.

This role will partner closely with Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams to analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement scalable workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, CRM platforms, and other automation technologies.
The ideal candidate combines strong operational expertise with a passion for continuous improvement, process optimization, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do
  • Execute on E2E On boarding opening account process.
  • Coordinate cross-functional onboarding processes involving Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Automate Flow) and other automation technologies.
  • Maintain and optimize existing automations, ensuring workflows remain accurate, reliable, and aligned with evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate current-state processes, and recommend scalable automation solutions.
  • Streamline customer onboarding activities, including customer screening, documentation review, approval workflows, and customer communications.
  • Automate operational activities such as customer account maintenance, status updates, notifications, and approval routing.
  • Coordinate cross-functional onboarding processes involving Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions that enhance business processes, reduce manual work, and improve decision-making.
  • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve workflow effectiveness.
  • Develop process documentation, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and training materials to support operational excellence.
  • Track key performance metrics and recommend process improvements that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure automation solutions support organizational compliance, governance, and operational standards.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • 1+ years of experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, business operations, customer onboarding, or continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Power Automate Flow/MS Flow).
  • Experience improving operational workflows through automation and process optimization.
  • Experience working across multiple business functions including Compliance, Credit, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and implement practical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
