Your Role

As a Reporting & Analytics Professional, you will design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives. You will partner closely with Go-to-Market (GTM), Platform Business, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into business performance and key metrics.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner tailored to business audiences.
  • Leverage multiple data sources across the organization and demonstrate a strong understanding of how to access, query, and validate data.
  • Apply statistical concepts, forecasting methodologies, and business performance metrics to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation and quality assurance processes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on reporting and analytics needs.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems using data-driven insights and sound judgment.
  • Strong experience querying and analyzing large datasets using SQL (SQL Server, GCP/BigQuery, or similar platforms).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,800.00 - $137,300.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
