This hybrid role is based at our office in Doral, FL, and is required to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.
Position Summary:
The Cyber Security Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and expanding cybersecurity solutions business across the NOLA region. This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal sales teams, identifying security challenges and aligning cybersecurity solutions that address business and technology needs.
The successful candidate will leverage cybersecurity expertise and consultative sales skills to build strong customer relationships, uncover new opportunities, and accelerate sales growth across the cybersecurity portfolio. This position requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, market trends, and channel sales strategies, along with the ability to communicate the business value of security solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
This role requires up to 25% travel and fluency in English and Spanish.

What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for Ingram Micro’s cybersecurity solutions portfolio across the assigned territory
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting, partner engagement, and account development activities
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers and partners align cybersecurity solutions to business and security objectives
- Collaborate with vendor partners, technical teams, and internal sales organizations to develop and execute territory growth strategies
- Lead opportunities through the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
- Educate customers and partners on cybersecurity trends, risks, and emerging technologies to drive solution adoption
- Maintain accurate opportunity forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
- Support customer meetings, partner enablement activities, and industry events to expand market presence and business relationships
What You Bring to the Role
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals
- 3+ years of experience selling cybersecurity solutions, services, or related technologies
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity and access management, threat detection, security operations, and risk management
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions through channel partners, resellers, or enterprise customers
- Ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear business value for customers and decision-makers
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive complex sales opportunities to closure
- Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and territory planning skills

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,600.00 - $115,000.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
