Position Summary
As a Sales Professional supporting the Lenovo portfolio, you will be responsible for driving sales of Lenovo solutions across the Caribbean. You will develop and grow relationships with new and existing customers, identify sales opportunities, and build a strong pipeline to support continued business growth.
What You'll Do
- Promote and sell Lenovo hardware and compute solutions to new and existing customers across the Caribbean.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to expand the Lenovo portfolio.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and business development activities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Keep customers informed of new product introductions, solutions, pricing, and other relevant portfolio updates.
- Work closely with internal teams, Lenovo, and other stakeholders to support sales opportunities and achieve business objectives.
- Manage moderate to complex sales opportunities while using sound judgment to determine the appropriate course of action.
- Apply established company policies, processes, and tools to effectively manage sales activities and customer requirements.
- Monitor market and customer activity to identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Travel within the region as required, approximately 25%.
What You Bring to the Role
- 3–5 years of sales experience within the technology industry, preferably with hardware, compute, or related technology solutions.
- Experience working with technology companies or portfolios such as Lenovo, Dell, Microsoft, or similar technology brands.
- Experience selling into or supporting customers across Latin America and/or the Caribbean, with a strong understanding of the Central America and Caribbean markets.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Strong sales, business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage customer relationships, sales opportunities, and multiple priorities with general supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage moderately complex customer and business situations.
- Proficiency with sales tools, systems, and processes used to manage customer activity and sales pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%.
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $58,800.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
