This is a hybrid role and is required to be onsite at our office in Doral, FL, at least 3 days/week.
Position Summary
The Professional Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales growth across Ingram Micro’s portfolio of technology solutions within the LATAM and Caribbean markets. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, re-engaging dormant accounts, expanding reseller relationships, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.
Working closely with vendor partners, resellers, and internal teams, the successful candidate will identify opportunities, manage RFQs, build a healthy sales pipeline, and deliver solutions that meet customer business needs. This is a highly sales-focused role that requires strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to prospecting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced technology distribution environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow sales opportunities across assigned LATAM and Caribbean reseller and customer accounts
- Proactively engage dormant accounts to generate new revenue opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
- Manage the sales process from lead generation and qualification through RFQ response, quotation, and opportunity closure
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve sales and growth objectives
- Promote Ingram Micro’s multi-vendor technology portfolio and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Partner with vendors, internal sales teams, and business units to deliver solutions that address customer requirements
- Maintain regular communication with customers and resellers regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, and new technology offerings
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage customer activity, track opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasting
- Support account development initiatives and contribute to territory growth strategies
- Deliver a high level of customer service while building long-term business relationships
What You Bring to the Role
- 1+ years of experience in technology sales, inside sales, business development, or account management
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Experience selling technology products, services, or solutions in a B2B environment
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage customers and identify opportunities
- Experience managing RFQs, quotations, and sales opportunities
- Ability to grow existing accounts while reactivating dormant customers
- Knowledge of the technology industry and channel sales environment
- Experience working in technology distribution is considered a strong asset
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $58,800.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
